General Statement on Privacy, Personal Data, and Communications: If you use this Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.
User Provided Information: Gravity Float does not collect any personal information about individuals except when it is knowingly provided via the client registration form in order to make online purchases or undertake a floatation session. Gravity Float may use the information provided to contact you with important information. Personal information provided is for internal use only.
Security Statement: Gravity Float makes every effort to ensure that all online transactions made on the Website are secure. Gravity Float uses the Ezidebit Payment Gateway service which encrypts all debit and credit payment information and has the world’s highest payment security accreditation – PCI (Payment Card Industry) – Level 1.
Online bookings: All bookings made online are pre-paid. To purchase a single session or a series of sessions, clients can create an account by registering their details, selecting an item for purchase and making a booking. Please take note of the relevant conditions for each option. Please note that all future prices are subject to change. Gravity Float only accepts Mastercard and Visa.
Online payments: Online credit card payments made to Gravity Float will appear as “Ezidebit Australia Newstead” on your credit card statement and unfortunately this cannot be changed.
- Pricing options: Session packs/passes are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-refundable nor transferable. Session packs/passes cannot be shared with more than one person as they are for individual use only.
- Introductory offer: The Introductory Offer of three 1 hour floats for $149 is valid for 12 months. Each client is only eligible to purchase the Introductory Offer once. It is non-transferable nor refundable and will activate from the date of your first appointment.
Membership: The Float Club membership can only be terminated if the client has fulfilled the minimum of three monthly direct debits. Unless terminated, direct debits will continue until further notice. Membership credits are non-transferable nor refundable.
Membership payment information: Gravity Float will only retain payment information when authorised to do so via an Ezidebit Direct Debit request form, which can only be filled out and signed in person. Once entered, the majority of the payment information is encrypted in your client profile and marked out on the physical document. The physical document is then scanned and attached to your client profile for reference.
Failed membership payments: When a scheduled membership payment declines, the payment gateway Ezidebit will automatically send an email to notify the client and reattempt the payment on each consecutive business day. Gravity Float reserves the right to terminate a membership contract due to consecutive failed membership payments.
Membership suspension: Memberships can be suspended for up to 3 months. If a client is unsure of when they would like to recommence their membership, provided the client has fulfilled the minimum of three direct debits, the contract will be terminated.
Gift Cards: Gift cards must be presented in order to be redeemed. Gravity Float is not responsible for sourcing the gift card number should you fail to present your gift card. Gift Cards are strictly non-refundable.
Age limit: You must be at least 16 years of age to float. If you are 16 or 17, you can register and use the Website, however a parent or guardian will be required to attend your scheduled appointment time to sign the client waiver in person.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel/reschedule your appointment without any charge no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments with less than 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment will be charged at the full price of the scheduled appointment. If you do not give notice, you will be charged at the full price of the scheduled appointment.
Multiple locations: For the flexibility and convenience of Gravity Float’s clients, any Gravity Float sessions or gift cards purchased at one location can be used in the other.
Physical readiness: Gravity Float reserves the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.
Policy Changes: The terms and conditions stipulated in this document may be changed at any time. By using the Website, you agree to any revised changes. It is recommended that users review this document periodically to stay informed.
Acceptance of Terms: Use of the Website signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated in this document, including any revised changes. If you do not agree to this, please refrain from using the Website.
