All sessions and packs are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Sessions are non-refundable and credit will be deducted for no-shows on the day.
* Introductory 3 Float Special: is a one time only purchase per customer for 3 x 1 hour non-shareable float sessions valid for 3 months.
** Freedom 5 and Modern Family Passes: All floats shareable.
*** Float Club: Minimum 6 months direct debit. Unused floats roll over. Accumulated $65 credits are shareable. Members receive a 10% discount on all in store merchandise. Members receive a free float in the month of their birthday.
† Detox Float Pass: Commences on the first float of 7 or 14 consecutive days. Floats are non shareable and non transferable. Missed floats are forfeited.
